About Jack Skinner
Currently living in Waltham, Massachusetts, I was born and raised in Watertown, Massachusetts. I graduated from Watertown High School in 1968, and I was accepted by Boston University School of Fine Arts and also Northeastern University by the College of Criminal Justice. Not wanting to become a "starving artist", I opted for studies in Law Enforcement. I kept art as a hobby. I am a retired Police Officer, retiring in February 2015 , after 42 ..years of service for the Concord Police Department , Concord Massachusetts. I am also a Police Composite Sketch Artist. Officially, I have been a police sketch artist since 1996. As a police sketch artist, aside from having a little ability in art one must possess good interviewing skills....

Thanks -Dave and Lingfai, I did this for a friend who's grandfather's B-17 was shot down, and he also became a prisoner held by the Germans. My Dad did his time incarcerated in Ofuna and Ashio until the end of the war. Dave, Anzio was a tough Battle....God Bless the "Greatest Generation" there are not many of them left. With Veteran's Day coming, a Heartfelt Salute to all the Veterans...

What an awesome tribute to the "Greatest Generation"...my dads` B-17 was shot down over Anzio Italy in early 1943. He was captured by the Germans and held prisoner in Stalag Lufts 4 and 7 till the end of the war...you earn the gold medal l.v.f
